Terms of Use

The rules for using the Mon Credo website, its forms and online booking.

Effective date: [10/28/2026] Last updated: [10/28/2026]

Please read these terms carefully before using our website.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) apply to your use of the Mon Credo Insurance Agency website at www.moncredoinsurance.com, including its forms, online appointment booking and blog (the “Website”). Your use of the Website is conditioned on your acceptance of this Agreement. By using the Website, you agree to all of its terms without limitation. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. Revisions apply from the date they are posted, so please visit this page from time to time to review the current terms.

Our Privacy Policy and SMS & Email Terms also apply and are part of this Agreement.

IMPORTANT: THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES A MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION AND CLASS-ACTION WAIVER. SEE SECTION 18 BELOW.

2. Information on this website

The Website provides general information about auto insurance in Texas. Descriptions of products and services are summaries only. They are not complete descriptions of the terms, exclusions, limits and conditions that apply, and they do not change the terms of any policy. Your policy documents from the insurance company govern your coverage. For guidance on your own situation, speak with a licensed Mon Credo agent.

3. No offer, quote or coverage through the website

Nothing on the Website is an offer to sell or a request to buy insurance in any place where that offer or sale would be unlawful. Submitting a form, booking an appointment or sending us a message does not create a quote, an insurance policy or coverage of any kind. Coverage exists only after a licensed agent confirms in writing that a policy has been bound and the insurance company accepts it. Products and services depend on the insurance company’s rules and your eligibility, and may not be available in every area.

4. Policies, payments and claims

Your insurance policy is issued by the insurance company named on it, and its policy documents set your coverage, exclusions, limits and conditions. Premiums, fees and payment dates are shown to you before you pay, and payment plans or premium finance agreements have their own terms. Claims are reported to and decided by the insurance company. Mon Credo can help you report and follow up on a claim, but cannot guarantee that a claim will be paid.

5. Forms and online appointments

  • Give true, current, accurate and complete information when you fill out a form or book an appointment, and let us know if it changes.

  • Please do not send your Social Security number, driver license number, bank or card numbers through website forms. A licensed agent will ask for the information needed, securely, after contacting you.

  • Online appointments are held by video call. We will send the link by text or WhatsApp before your appointment.

6. Text messages

When you provide your mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages from Mon Credo Insurance Agency, LLC, we may send you informational messages related to your quote requests, appointments, policies, payments, renewals, and customer service inquiries.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Messaging Terms & Conditions

By opting in, you agree to receive informational text messages from Mon Credo Insurance Agency, LLC. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. For assistance, reply HELP or email us at ventas@moncredoinsurance.com. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

For additional information about our messaging practices, please review our SMS & Email Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Mobile information

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent, which will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Acceptable use

  • Use the Website only in ways that comply with all applicable laws.

  • You are responsible for any information or content you submit or send through the Website.

  • Do not submit false information about yourself or anyone else.

  • Do not try to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers or its systems.

8. Use of website materials

The Website is owned and operated by Mon Credo Insurance Agency, LLC. Except as allowed in this Agreement, no material from the Website may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way without our written permission. You may download or print material for your own personal, non-commercial use, as long as you keep all copyright and other notices on it. You may not modify, repost or use Website content, including text, images, audio and video, for public or commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Trademarks and copyrights

The Mon Credo name, logo and other marks on the Website belong to Mon Credo Insurance Agency, LLC. Insurance company names and logos belong to their owners and are shown for identification only. Nothing on the Website grants you a license or right to use any trademark without the written permission of its owner. Images on the Website are owned by Mon Credo or used with permission, and you may not use them without permission. Unauthorized use of Website content or images may violate copyright, trademark, privacy and other laws.

10. Links to other websites

The Website may link to insurance company sites, payment portals, social media and other websites that we do not maintain. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and a link does not mean we approve or endorse that site or its content. Their own terms apply when you use them.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Website and its materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Website or the server that hosts it is free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty about the correctness, accuracy or reliability of the Website’s materials or the results of using them. You are responsible for the cost of any servicing, repair or correction of your own equipment.

12. Accuracy and delays

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date, but errors and omissions can occur. Mon Credo and the providers that deliver Website content are not liable for any inaccuracy, error, delay or omission in the information or in its transmission or delivery, or for any interruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as flood, severe weather, earthquake, fire, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, accidents, government action, power or communications failures, or equipment or software malfunction.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mon Credo and anyone involved in creating, producing or delivering the Website will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption or loss of data, that result from using or being unable to use the Website, even if we were advised that such damages were possible. We are also not responsible for any damage to, or viruses that may infect, your computer or other property from using the Website or downloading its materials. If we are found liable, our total liability to you for use of the Website will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to access it.

This section does not limit any rights you have under your insurance policy or under Texas law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless Mon Credo Insurance Agency, LLC and its employees from claims, losses and expenses that result from your misuse of the Website or your violation of this Agreement.

15. Suspension of access

We may suspend or restrict your access to all or part of the Website, and remove information submitted through it, at our discretion and without prior notice, including if we believe you have violated this Agreement. We are not liable to you or any third party for doing so.

16. Where this website applies

The Website is intended for people in Texas. We make no representation that its materials are appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you access the Website from somewhere else, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for following local laws.

17. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information you share through the Website.

18. Dispute resolution: mandatory arbitration and class-action waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES YOU AND MON CREDO TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION INSTEAD OF IN COURT, AND IT WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO TAKE PART IN A CLASS ACTION.

Agreement to arbitrate.
Any dispute, claim or controversy between you and Mon Credo Insurance Agency, LLC that arises out of or relates to the Website, our text message or email alerts, or this Agreement (a “Dispute”) will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.

Try to resolve it first.
Before starting arbitration, you or we must send a written notice describing the Dispute and the relief requested. Send notices to
ventas@moncredoinsurance.com
or to 1417 N Durham Dr, Ste B, Houston, Texas 77008-3735. If the Dispute is not resolved within 60 days, either party may start arbitration.

How arbitration works.
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. Hearings will take place in Harris County, Texas, or by phone or video. Fees are paid as the Consumer Arbitration Rules provide.

Class-action waiver.
Disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis. Neither you nor Mon Credo may bring or take part in a class, collective or representative action, and the arbitrator may not combine claims of more than one person.

Jury trial waiver.
You and Mon Credo each waive the right to a jury trial for any Dispute covered by this section.

Exceptions.
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. This section does not apply to claims under your insurance policy, which are governed by your policy and Texas law, and it does not prevent you from filing a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance or any other government agency.

Your right to opt out.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing
ventas@moncredoinsurance.com
within 30 days after you first use the Website or enroll in our alerts. Include your name, phone number and a statement that you opt out of arbitration.

If part of this section is not enforceable.
If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable for a Dispute, this arbitration section will not apply to that Dispute. Any other part found unenforceable will be removed, and the rest will remain in effect.

19. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
